Data we process
Nola may process account details, user profile data, client and company records, documents, sales invoices, accounting-related inputs, salary calculator inputs, support messages and product usage metadata needed to operate the service.
Why we process it
Data is used to provide the accountant workspace, client portal and entrepreneur portal, organize documents, support invoices and workflows, support customers, maintain security, perform contracts and improve product reliability.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies to run the site and remember cookie choices. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Ahrefs Web Analytics run only after consent. Google Search Console is used to verify site ownership and measure search visibility; it does not add separate marketing cookies to the visitor's browser from our site.
Marketing tags
If we add campaign measurement or other marketing tags through Google Tag Manager, they remain off by default. Google Consent Mode v2 signals related to advertising and personalization stay denied until the visitor gives marketing consent.
Service providers
